Contest Rules
Welcome the Kroger Snap Your Neighborhood Photo Contest. As Learning Through Art, Inc. celebrates its 15th Anniversary Summer Series, we want you to show us what, who, where, when, what's wonderful or needs work in your neighborhood. We especially want you to capture the mosaic beauty of our multicultural community to display in the winning 2008 Kroger Snap Your Neighborhood Photo Exhibition and the first edition of the coffee table book, Cincinnati Snapsİ.
| Who Can Enter: |
The photo contest is opened to all residents 12 years or older except employees, members and families of Learning Through Art, Inc. (LTA), Local 12 WKRC and Kroger. Your entry to the contest constitutes your agreement to allow your photographs, your name, neighborhood, city and state to be broadcast, published and displayed as selected for broadcast and/or as award winners in the Kroger Snap Your Neighborhood Photo of the Day on Local 12 WKRC; Kroger Snap Your Neighborhood Traveling Photo Exhibition; proposed Cincinnati Art Museum Photo Exhibit; Cincinnati Snapsİ coffee table book; on the Learning Through Art, Inc. website and used for promotions by Learning Through Art, Inc., Kroger and Local 12 WKRC including, but not limited to, a photo contest calendar, note cards, postcards; a compilation book or electronic collection of winners, online photo features and contests and web pages providing LTA information, updates and rules. Entrants retain ownership and all other rights to future use of their photographs.

We want you to show us what, who, where, when, what's wonderful or needs work in your neighborhood. We especially want you to capture the mosaic beauty of our multicultural community. Photographers assume all liability for content of photos submitted and must obtain permission from any individuals in photos. Learning Through Art, Inc. reserves the right to reject any inappropriate photographs at our discretion.

| When: |
Deadline for all entries is 11:59 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, August 25, 2008. Entries can be submitted online by clicking the BROWSE button to attach your photo. Photo file type is indicated in the BROWSE button area. Photos can be submitted via mail and must include the negative or be submitted on CD. Please send all entries by mail to: Learning Through Art, Inc., 1420 Sycamore Street, Suite 3, Cincinnati, OH 45202, ATTN: Snap Competition. Please ensure proper packaging of photo, negative and/or CD. Learning Through Art, Inc. is not responsible for damaged photos, negatives and/or CD. We strongly suggest you retain a copy of the submitted photo. Please include on a separate piece of paper with your submission your name, neighborhood, address, city, state, phone number, e-mail address, photo title (if applicable) and description of photo.
If subject of photo includes people, please provide their name and neighborhood as well.

| Judges: |
A panel of professional photographers and artists will select the winning photographs. Decision of the judges is final. All winners will be notified by September 22, 2008

| Winning Photos: |
Winning photographs will be displayed in the Kroger Snap Your Neighborhood Exhibition at the Cincinnati Art Museum Family focus Gallery beginning in May 2008 - August 2008; included in the first edition the coffee table book, Cincinnati Snapsİ; Kroger Snap Your Neighborhood note cards, postcards and calendar.
